Pen and Ink Art

Explore the art of pen and ink in this hands-on Learning Series workshop at Ninilchik Community Library! Presenter Elizabeth will guide participants through the basics of this classic drawing technique — perfect for beginners and curious creators of all skill levels. Open to ages 5 and older. Join us Friday, April 17, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A $5.00 suggested donation is appreciated.

🐰 Exciting updates to our Bunny Hop event on Thursday, April 2! 🐣
We've made a few changes to help make the event more enjoyable for everyone:
We are now offering TWO egg hunts!
🌸 Egg Hunt 1: 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Designed for our littlest attendees — ages 1–4, homeschool families, and sensory-sensitive children who do best in smaller, quieter groups.
🌸 Egg Hunt 2: 1:00 – 3:00 PM
Open to the public! We'll also be welcoming Ninilchik Elementary School students during this session.
All activities — Indoor Egg Hunt, Cupcake Walk, Coloring, Raffle Baskets, and the Jelly Bean Guessing Game — are available during BOTH sessions. FREE and open to the community!

Winter Book and Bake Sale

Please join us next week for our winter book and bake sale. Find great books, enjoy homemade goods, and support your local library. If you'd like to donate baked goods for this event, you can bring them by the library antime during open hours. Or day of at 12:30PM.

We accept gently used books, DVDs, and audiobooks. Donations can be dropped off during our open hours: Monday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM.

Financial contributions help us purchase new materials, upgrade technology, and expand programs.
⏰ Volunteer Time
Share your skills and time to help with events, shelving, and special projects.
